April 6-Next Meeting and Summer Ideas Program

Make sure the next Parent Council meeting is on your calendar: Wednesday, April 6, 2011.

The meeting starts promptly at 6:30pm and finishes at 7:30pm. Next month's topics will include discussion about Parent Council possibly taking a position on the Civic Stadium sales proposals and the Eugene income tax on the May ballot. The program on Summer Ideas follows the meeting from 7:30 to 8:30 pm.

Meeting March 2, 2011

Next meeting is Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at 6:30pm in the school cafeteria.  A program with parent and author, Lauren Kessler follows at 7:30pm.

Next Meeting Feb. 9, 2011

Please note that the February Parent Council meeting has been moved to Tuesday, February 9, 2011 at 6:30pm. The meeting is from 6:30-7:30 and a program on school funding will follow from 7:30-8:30.

The Feb. 9 program will feature guests who will speak on the 4j School Budget for the 2011-2012 school year and how that will impact South Eugene High School.

The next Parent Council meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 from 6:30pm to 7:30pm in the cafeteria. All parents and guardians of South Eugene High School are invited to attend.

NEXT PARENT COUNCIL MEETING & PROGRAM

Everyone is invited to attend the next Parent Council meeting.  The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 6 at 6:30pm in the cafeteria. All parents are welcome to attend.

Before the regular Parent Council meeting, anyone interested in helping with the scrip program will meet in the cafeteria at 6:00pm.

At 7:30pm Parent Council puts on the first program of the year, "Getting to Know South."  This program is from 7:30-8:30 and will introduce you to athletics, the arts and clubs at South. You will also find out how you might get involved at South.  Please mark your calendar and attend on Wednesday, October 6.
